Your privacy, plainly.
What we collect when you design, order, or get in touch, what we use it for, and the choices you have.

01Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, and some information collected automatically when you use our site.
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and delivery and billing addresses.
- Order and design details: the sizes, measurements, layout, colors, and options you choose, and designs you save.
- Messages: what you send us when you contact us, ask for a quote, or ask us to email you a saved design.
- Marketing preferences: if you ask us for deals and updates, by using the sign-up form or by ticking the box on our contact or sample-kit forms, we keep your email address, your name and ZIP if you gave them, the date you signed up, and which form you used, so we have a record of when and where you asked.
- Chat conversations: if you use the assistant on our site, what you type into it and the replies it gives you, along with the page you were on at the time.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor (see section 03).
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, and how you use the site.
- Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and similar information.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see section 04).
02How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Build, deliver, and install your order, and support you afterwards.
- Send order confirmations and install-day updates, and answer your questions.
- Email you a saved design, or follow up on a quote you asked for.
- Mail you a free sample kit you asked for.
- Run, maintain, and improve our website and products.
- Review conversations with our site assistant so we can correct wrong answers and improve the ones it gives.
- Send marketing messages where permitted. You can opt out at any time.
- Detect and prevent fraud, security issues, and technical problems.
- Comply with the law and enforce our terms.
03Payment information
Payments are handled by a trusted third-party payment processor. You enter your full card details directly with the processor, and they are not stored on our servers. The processor's handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy. We may receive limited information, such as a confirmation, the last four digits of your card, and your billing details, to manage your order.
04Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies, to measure site traffic, see how people use our design tools, and understand which ads lead to orders. It collects information such as the pages you view, the options you select, and, for completed orders, the order value. We may also share limited order information with Google from our server to measure conversions accurately.
You can control or turn off cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Some features may not work properly without cookies.
06How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including completing your order, supporting your warranty, and meeting our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
Chat conversations are not stored in a database. When a conversation with our site assistant ends, a transcript is emailed to us so we can read what customers asked and improve the answers. That email is the only copy we hold, and it is kept in our email account like any other message you send us.
07Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing or marketing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond as the law requires, and we may need to verify your identity first. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in those messages, or by emailing us. Unsubscribing is immediate: your email app’s unsubscribe button takes one click, and the link in the email opens a page with a single button to press. We never ask you to sign in. Opting out of marketing does not stop the emails we have to send about an order, a quote, or a sample kit you asked for.
09Children's privacy
Our site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and post the changes on this page. Your continued use of our site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
Questions about your data?
To ask a question or make a request about your information, call or email us. See also our Terms of Service.
